Branch Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Apple Roofing, LLC sales representatives in a new territory
  • Establish Apple Roofing, LLC’s presence in new territory
  • Identify potential clients in the industry to partner with in new territory
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with prospects in new territory
  • Oversee branch financials, including profit-and-loss statements
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with Apple Roofing, LLC corporate headquarters
  • Maintain company provided equipment  
  • Understand and implement Apple Roofing, LLC sales procedures including, but not limited to:
    • Pursuing and generating sales leads and acquiring new customers
    • Giving presentations to homeowners describing our company, product, and services
    • Inspecting roofs and identifying claimable storm damage to roof and property, detecting leaks and problem areas and generating solutions
    • Measuring roofs
    • Putting together a scope
    • Using knowledge of roof measurements, labor and material costs, and write an estimate
    • Completing accurate order forms for materials
    • Communicating expectations to homeowners in a professional manner
    • Maintaining organization and upload required documents on the company computer system
    • Maintaining excellent communication with customers at all phases of a job
    • Understanding insurance paperwork (adjuster’s scope of loss) and accurately explain this information to employees and customers
    • Providing your professional opinion, supporting the customer, and justifying claims of damage and repair estimates when corresponding with insurance companies
    • Preparing and filing insurance supplements
    • Following-up with client mortgage and insurance companies to obtain financial reimbursement
  • Engage in effective and prompt issue resolution
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
  • Adhere to safety standards
  • Engage in the company’s continued education and training

Requirements:

  • Experience in business management and/or sales
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to maneuver and climb a ladder
  • Willing and able to travel
